Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) a plus
Responsibilities
  • Liase with departmental leaders to fine-tune and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and promote employee engagement, development, retention.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and engagement.
  • Partner with managers to establish hiring needs, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure effective placement.
  • Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning. Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to enhance performance and foster career growth.
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development to identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of learning initiatives. Support employee development through coaching, mentoring, and career planning activities.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and create a positive work environment. Partner with management to build and maintain employee recognition programs, and solicit feedback to continuously improve the employee experience.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations. Stay abreast of changes in HR legislation and proactively address any compliance-related issues.
  • Partner with People Ops to regularly review HR data and metrics to analyze trends, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance HR programs and initiatives.
