As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and “thumb-stopping” assets for Good American’s paid ads. This role is crucial to our performance marketing efforts, driving customer acquisition and brand engagement. The ideal candidate is creative, conceptual, strategic, detail-oriented, and excited to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.
- ● Ad Creation:
○ Design and produce high-quality ad creatives for platforms including Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, and YouTube.
○ Develop visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital ads and social posts.
○ Produce graphic sketches, designs, and copy layouts for a variety of applications.
○ Edit and animate video content for social channels.
○ Create a high volume of static and video ad creatives efficiently.
- ● Trend Monitoring and Application:
○ Stay ahead of social media, lifestyle, and pop culture trends to create relevant and engaging content.
○ Conduct continuous research to stay informed on trends within the Creative and Fashion landscape.
○ Embrace a test & learn mentality.
- ● Cross-Functional Collaboration:
○ Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, E-Commerce, and other cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
○ Work with brand marketing teams to ensure alignment with organizational standards and brand expectations.
- ● Project Management:
○ Own projects from kickoff through completion, presenting work to stakeholders and incorporating feedback into final assets.
○ Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, ensuring best practices for content management are followed.
○ Handle multiple tasks with varying levels of complexity and urgency, adhering to deadlines and budgets.
- ● Creative Development:
○ Consistently brainstorm and develop new ad ideas.
○ Translate strategic direction into best-in-class design within an established brand identity.
○ Present design concepts and ideas to internal teams, incorporating feedback to refine designs.
○ Participate in brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and ideation workshops to generate impactful and effective ad creatives.
○ Develop creative based on data-driven insights and platform best practices.
○ Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in performance marketing to innovate and elevate creative strategies.
- ● Design Execution:
○ Ensure all designs meet brand standards and align with project briefs and guidelines.
○ Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and other design tools to execute projects.
○ Perform image retouching, video editing, and other design enhancements as needed.
- ● Brand Consistency:
○ Maintain brand guidelines and ensure assets hold brand consistency.
○ Utilize performance data to iterate creative designs for marketing and social campaigns.
○ Ensure that all designs align with project briefs and brand guidelines.
- ● Other Responsibilities:
○ Support cross-functional teams with design needs and provide creative input and solutions as required.
○ Complete other duties relating to graphics or marketing as assigned.
Please note that this role requires to be onsite four days a week.
