Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Distributed Systems, a related field, or an equivalent foreign degree is required.
  • Five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation is required.
  • Five years of experience utilizing Python, C, C++, or CUDA is required.
  • Five years of experience building scalable software systems is required.
  • Five years of experience utilizing deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow is required.

  • Five years of experience writing machine learning workflows operating on up to terabytes of data and deploying and verifying them on Databricks using technologies such as Apache Spark and SQL is required.
  • The position permits a telecommuting work arrangement from various unanticipated locations throughout the United States and does not require domestic or international travel.
Responsibilities
  • Design and evolve the architecture of ZVA and AIEA runtime services to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Define and implement the agent runtime framework supporting multi-turn conversation understanding, contextual reasoning, and intelligent response generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate large-language-model-based reasoning and action orchestration into production systems.
  • Lead and mentor a distributed team of AI researchers, software engineers, and system architects across multiple regions.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
  • Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and performance management to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Drive the technical roadmap for ZVA AI and AIEA runtime services in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Evaluate emerging artificial intelligence technologies and frameworks to enhance the team's capabilities in conversational artificial intelligence and agent intelligence.
  • Ensure best practices in model deployment, runtime optimization, and system observability.
  • Partner with product, research, and infrastructure teams to align AI capabilities with business objectives.
  • Communicate technical vision and progress to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and technical alignment across global engineering teams.

The transaction involved exercising options that were immediately sold at weighted-average prices ranging from $88.93 to $93.10. The sale reduced Yuan's Class A stock position by 72% but represents a small fraction of his total beneficial ownership. He retains 22,998 Class A shares and 41.4 million indirect derivative securities, including Class B stock convertible into Class A stock. The transaction was executed through the 2018 Yuan and Zhang Revocable Trust via a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted on 20 June 2025. Such plans allow insiders to diversify holdings at predetermined intervals. Zoom launches standalone AI receptionist for $25-30/month across any phone system
