Document summary reports regarding audit results and forward them to the supervisor and client.
Conduct mock surveys for hospice agencies as needed.
Stay updated on Medicare hospice issues through websites, teleconferences, newsletters, and magazines.
Answer clinical questions from clients or potential clients by email.
Participate in teleconferences, meetings, and forums focused on Medicare hospice issues.
Perform related research and write hospice-related articles for the company blog as needed.

Our company is seeking a full-time REMOTE Clinical Consultant to work on our clinical consulting team. The ideal candidate for this job has a minimum of 2 years of experience in Hospice Quality Assurance/Compliance reviews.
Responsibilities & Expectations:

Possibly conduct mock surveys for hospice agencies.
Keep updated on Medicare hospice issues utilizing websites, teleconferences, newsletters, magazines, etc.
Answer clinical questions from clients or potential clients that email questions.
Participate in any/all teleconferences, meetings, and forums that focus on Medicare hospice issues to maintain a high standard set for HPS staff.
Potentially, perform related research and writing of hospice related articles for HPS Blog.
Professional candidates must be able to travel approximately 1/3 of the time.
