Solution powers intuitive and compliant vehicle financing documents to US automotive dealerships Wolters Kluwer Financial & Corporate Compliance today announced its return to the indirect auto lending forms market with retail installment sales contracts and lease agreements designed to help lenders, dealers, and borrowers navigate an increasingly complex lending environment. The company's new offering brings decades of trusted expertise to a space seeking enhanced efficiency, compliance confidence and consumer friendly finance documents - allowing for efficient dealer processes, while helping lenders confidently accept and fund contracts. Retail installment contracts and lease agreements built for today's market The introduction of these forms comes amid growing industry demand for enhanced compliance content solutions that support regulatory complexity, digital transformation initiatives, and evolving dealer, consumer and lender expectations. Wolters Kluwer's renewed investment in indirect lending forms reflects its commitment to helping financial institutions navigate these changes through trusted compliance expertise and newly designed content delivery approaches. "For decades, financial institutions have relied on Wolters Kluwer solutions to support critical lending processes," said Keri McCollum, Director of Market Strategy, Wolters Kluwer Financial & Corporate Compliance. "As we expand our indirect lending portfolio, we're not simply reintroducing contracts to the market. We're taking a clean, fresh approach to vehicle financing documentation that combines trusted regulatory expertise, content governance, and a technology foundation for future innovation." Wolters Kluwer launches agentic AI outside counsel management tool.

Wolters Kluwer launches agentic AI outside counsel management tool. New application enables in-house legal teams to better compare law firms on cost, staffing and billing compliance 16 September 2026 Dean Sonderegger, senior vice president and general manager of Wolters Kluwer's ELM Solutions business Wolters Kluwer's Enterprise Legal Management (ELM) solutions business has launched an AI-powered outside counsel management tool that allows legal operations teams to compare firms in areas such as cost, staffing and billing compliance. The company says the software acts as a decision support tool by monitoring staffing efficiency, ensuring that law firms are operating within budget, identifying recurring billing anomalies and comparing market rates. Operations teams can also pose questions directly to the outside counsel management AI, such as how a firm has performed over time or which firms demonstrate stronger billing compliance. Dean Sonderegger, senior vice president and general manager of Kluwer's ELM Solutions business, said: "AI can be a powerful partner when it supports, not supplants, legal judgement. With outside counsel management, we're activating trusted legal intelligence directly into legal operations workflows rather than another dashboard. Advertisement "It utilises a corporate legal department's own historical law firm performance information, and the more than $230bn in real legal invoice data from Wolters Kluwer's proprietary LegalVIEW database, to proactively support more transparent outside counsel engagements." Sonderegger says insights from that data can help law firms understand, for example, what they are spending on lawyers and whether that expenditure appears to be plausible. The tech also has predictive insight capability by using historical data to estimate budgets and cycle times for legal disputes. Sonderegger said: "We're seeing legal operations teams under increasing pressure to control spend and improve vendor governance. Current reporting approaches are typically geared towards explaining what happened, after a decision, rather than influencing decisions as they unfold." Legal departments have droves of information that can help shape outside counsel engagements, but it is often buried across a vast pile of invoices, reports and spreadsheets, Sonderegger says. LAW OVER BORDERS COMPARATIVE GUIDES Restructuring & Insolvency Law Guide Restructuring and insolvency law is evolving rapidly in today's volatile economic landscape... | 11mos. "That fragmentation makes it difficult to evaluate firms early and objectively, outside counsel management was designed to surface those insights to support legal judgement and expertise," he added. In May, the company also announced the integration of its legal AI workspace Libra - which is designed to help lawyers in tasks such as legal research and analysing documents - with Kleos, its cloud-based practice management platform for law firms. The aim of the integration is to support seamless end-to-end workflows to help lawyers move from research and analysis tasks into its everyday case and matter management system, without having to switch between separate tools or manually copy information. Other legaltech providers recently launching new products include Thomson Reuters, which last month unveiled its first proprietary large language model, allowing it to move away from the high costs of using typical frontier models to process AI prompts. This followed legaltech giant Harvey announcing the launch of Harvey II, which promises to accelerate personalised AI work for lawyers and move towards a greater focus on agentic legal tasks.

Wolters Kluwer introduces Designated Vendor Integrator Key to help CCH Axcess(R) customers connect third-party technologies.

Wolters Kluwer introduces Designated Vendor Integrator Key to help CCH Axcess(R) customers connect third-party technologies. Business Wire New capability strengthens secure connectivity across the CCH Axcess ecosystem and advances Wolters Kluwer's vision for the agentic accounting firm MINNEAPOLIS, September 14, 2026-(BUSINESS WIRE)-Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting today announced the availability of the Designated Vendor Integrator Key, a new CCH Axcess(R) capability that gives accounting firms a secure way to connect applicable third-party technologies to CCH Axcess APIs through dedicated integration credentials. As accounting firms adopt more connected applications, workflow automation, and AI-powered solutions, they need greater visibility and control over how external technologies access trusted data and workflows. The Designated Vendor Integrator Key provides a dedicated access model for applicable third-party technologies, helping firms identify, authorize, and govern each integration independently while maintaining security and control. The announcement is the latest example of Wolters Kluwer's strategy to help firms build the agentic accounting firm through connected intelligence, interoperable workflows, trusted data, and AI-powered innovation. As firms increasingly look to leverage intelligent agents across their technology ecosystems, secure and governed interoperability becomes essential to enabling those systems to work together effectively. CCH Axcess serves as the platform at the center of that vision, bringing together workflow, expert intelligence, automation, and AI-powered capabilities in a connected ecosystem designed for modern accounting firms. The Designated Vendor Integrator Key extends that foundation by enabling firms to securely connect the third-party technologies that increasingly participate in automated and agentic workflows. "Accounting firms are building increasingly connected technology ecosystems where data, workflows, automation, and AI must work together seamlessly and securely," said Cathy Rowe, Executive Vice President and Segment Leader, U.S. Professional Market, Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting. "The Designated Vendor Integrator Key gives firms greater visibility and control over the technologies they connect to CCH Axcess while preserving the interoperability, governance, and trusted access needed to support innovation across the firm." The Designated Vendor Integrator Key builds on the long-standing role of CCH Axcess as the connected platform for accounting firms. CCH Axcess has long supported open integration through APIs and CCH Marketplace partners, enabling firms to build technology ecosystems aligned to their unique business needs. The new capability adds a dedicated access model for applicable third-party technologies outside existing Marketplace integrations while maintaining the security, governance, and interoperability firms expect from the platform.

Wolters Kluwer advances connected compliance with the launch of Performance Analytics Wiz and expanded Wiz Suite. Business Wire New analytics, workflow management, and bundled solutions help financial institutions unify compliance data, improve performance visibility, and strengthen regulatory readiness NEW YORK, September 10, 2026-(BUSINESS WIRE)-As financial institutions face growing regulatory complexity, increasing data demands, and pressure to do more with fewer resources, Wolters Kluwer Financial & Corporate Compliance today announced significant enhancements to its Wiz(R) Suite, including the introduction of Performance Analytics Wiz(R). The expanded platform helps banks and credit unions move beyond fragmented compliance processes by connecting data, workflows, analytics, and reporting into a centralized compliance ecosystem. For more than three decades, financial institutions have relied on Wolters Kluwer's Wiz Suite to help navigate evolving regulatory obligations. Today's enhancements build on that foundation with greater automation, analytics, and flexibility to support the future of compliance management. Compliance analytics for the modern bank "Financial institutions are increasingly looking for ways to transform compliance from a periodic reporting exercise into a strategic business function," said Simon Moir, Vice President, Banking Compliance Solutions, Wolters Kluwer Financial & Corporate Compliance. "With the introduction of Performance Analytics Wiz and expanded capabilities across Wiz, we're helping institutions gain continuous insight into their compliance and overall business performance, reduce operational complexity, and create a more connected foundation for managing regulatory obligations and driving future growth." Updates to the Wiz Suite include: * Performance Analytics Wiz(R): Delivers continuous visibility into Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) performance through automated measurement, standardized scoring, actionable insights, and real-time analytics. New enhancements, including a centralized document repository, configurable workflows, custom templates, record duplication, and flexible data capture, help institutions improve operational efficiency, strengthen audit readiness, and more effectively demonstrate community impact during examinations. * Wiz bundled package offerings: Provides financial institutions with a scalable path to modernize compliance management through an integrated suite of solutions built on a common data framework. Organizations can address immediate compliance priorities while establishing a foundation for future growth, reducing operational silos, streamlining workflows, and increasing consistency across CRA, HMDA, Fair Lending, Community Development, and Section 1071 programs.
