  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation, with a proven track record in program design and administration.
  • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with compensation benchmarking tools, job evaluation methodologies, and survey participation.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (Rippling preferred) and compensation planning tools (Pave preferred).
  • Excellent attention to detail, project management skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
  • Support the analysis, design, and administration of compensation programs, including base pay, short-term incentives, and equity awards, ensuring alignment with Anduril’s overall compensation strategy.
  • Conduct complex market benchmarking, job evaluations, and compensation surveys to maintain competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Develop sophisticated compensation models, tools, and dashboards using advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, macros, and data visualization).
  • Drive the annual compensation planning process, including merit cycles, bonus programs, and equity reviews, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Partner closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to analyze compensation-related data and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Collaborate on job leveling initiatives, including job architecture reviews, career frameworks, and job description alignment.
  • Perform in-depth analyses to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, delivering insights to senior leadership through compelling presentations and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with compensation-related regulations, staying up-to-date with market trends and industry best practices.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in the aerospace, defense, or technology industries.
  • Strong knowledge of equity compensation practices and program design.
  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification.
