- Board certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
- A license, or willingness to become licensed, in the corresponding state of the clinic location.
- Experience utilizing interventional treatment techniques, preferably transcranial magnetic stimulation.
- At least 2 years of demonstrable leadership experience.
- An unencumbered Drug Enforcement Administration registration and a clean criminal background.
- United States citizenship or a Green Card.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Maintain an outpatient clinical practice using treatment options such as non-invasive neuromodulation, including deep transcranial magnetic stimulation, ketamine infusions, and medication management.
- Manage psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners in the region.
- Implement company onboarding and training policies for providers.
- Interview and select providers.
- Lead and mentor medical staff.
- Oversee clinical operations and ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the region in alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage the regional budget and allocate resources efficiently and effectively.
- Implement and enforce healthcare policies and procedures across the region.
- Communicate with physicians, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Analyze healthcare data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
