Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Implement new modules, manage security, configure business processes, handle data loads, write reports, and manage user access.
  • Develop and execute an annual plan, partnering with stakeholders to achieve goals on time and within budget.
  • Troubleshoot, configure, manage security, and maintain reports and dashboards in Workday.
  • Create procedures and documentation to help users leverage system functionality and automate workflows.
  • Write and support various reports, perform audits, run queries, and analyze data to ensure accuracy.
  • Build and maintain integrations, keeping documentation up to date.
  • Collaborate on events like benefits enrollment and compensation reviews, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Oversee all HRIS testing for new releases, implementations, and configurations.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition, People Partners, Talent Development, IT, and Finance to provide a seamless employee experience.
  • Lead SOX controls testing, prepare reports, and respond to auditor inquiries.
  • Address HRIS-related inquiries through the shared email inbox.
  • Serve as a backup for other People Operations functions and maintain other People systems as needed.
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
