🛠️ Responsibilities

• Design user flows in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams to help invent new products that help make creators more money. This can be anything from new tools for managers to higher converting landing pages.
• Design and create mobile and web interfaces.
• Partner with PMs and Engineers to solve product challenges as they may arise.
• Continue to work on and improve the company-wide design system.
• Conduct user testing and evaluate the effectiveness of the product design.
• Conduct competitive research and analysis to ensure the product is competitive in the market.
• Create and maintain design guidelines and brand standards.
• Identify opportunities for product or feature enhancements.
