Requirements
  • 4-6 years spanning delivery leadership and business operations, including a leadership role at a B2B software company or a smaller group in a larger technology company.
  • Recent hands-on experience running complex enterprise implementations or owning technical accounts, sufficient to establish judgment trusted by client-facing teams.
  • Ability to create clear and concise operational documentation, staffing plans, and status rhythms.
  • Ability to add useful structure without unnecessary bureaucracy.
  • Ability to communicate directly about team capacity and commitments with leads and the founder.
Responsibilities
  • Build and run the company operating system, including lightweight systems that provide leadership with weekly visibility into work assignments, team load, and delivery risk across product and implementations.
  • Assess current allocation when a new bank comes in, identify available capacity, and present staffing options.
  • Surface stalled projects, overloaded teams, and unanswered customer concerns before they become emergencies.
  • Manage the technical account management team, including holding regular one-on-ones, tracking goals, providing feedback, and developing the two technical account managers.
  • Own the technical account managers’ workload and development.
  • Coordinate staffing and project handoffs when projects are reassigned, employees are out of office, or customer issues need routing to the appropriate lead.
  • Maintain coverage ownership and ensure every client concern has an owner, a plan, and a next check-in date.
  • Flag stalled or ownerless projects before the client identifies the issue.
  • Own the operational cadence, including lead-sync agendas, scheduled cycle kickoffs, and tracking and following up on meeting commitments.
  • Collaborate with People Operations on software contracts, offsites, and team meetups.
  • Attend periodic team meetups in New York City and San Francisco.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in fintech or selling into banks.
  • Familiarity with Linear, Notion, Pylon, and Mixpanel.
  • Experience supporting a technical team such as engineering, design, or implementations.
