Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in commercial support or back-office roles in the banking sector, preferably in Business Banking.
  • In-depth knowledge of business banking products and services, including credit, financing, treasury, and foreign trade.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with customer relationship management systems and banking platforms.
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing with people at different organizational levels.
  • Service orientation, proactivity, and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve operational and administrative issues affecting the Business Banking sales force.
  • Support the preparation of commercial proposals, presentations, and relevant documentation for business clients.
  • Keep commercial information systems and customer relationship management data current and accurate.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and workflows affecting commercial activity.
  • Monitor commercial activity and prepare reports and analyses to support decision-making.
  • Train the sales force and provide technical support on banking products and services.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer management and the range of solutions offered.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations applicable to banking operations.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Mexican banking regulations.
