Requirements
  • 5-8 years experience in account management/client services, program management at an ad tech company, publisher, or media agency
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies and procedures
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and influential written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of the Roku platform and ecosystem
  • A proven track record of managing large-scale operations and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external senior stakeholders, executive teams, and industry groups

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for leading a team focused on executing Roku Ad Product offerings, driving incremental revenue, upselling & revenue retention
  • Oversee the delivery of tailored advertising solutions that meet client objectives and exceed expectations
  • Oversee the operational aspects of execution, ensuring efficient processes, resource allocation, and compliance with industry standards
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational tools and efficiency
  • Coordinate efforts between other cross-functional teams as necessary collaborating with Sales, Ad Ops, Product, Marketing, and Measurement
  • Partner with GTM teams on new product rollouts for ad sales teams
  • Develop a keen understanding of how the Roku platform and unique ad products will deliver brand value in support of the clients advertising goals
  • Manage a team of 4-8 direct reports
