  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong appetite for advertising, digital technologies, mobile ecosystem
  • Experience in marketing and/or the advertising industry
  • Rigorous, detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers, strong analysis abilities & relational skills
  • Proactive, good team player, willing to go the extra mile
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge in programmatic is a plus
  • Experience with 3rd party reporting, ad serving, and reporting systems
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Salesforce knowledge
  • Fluent in German and English (business level)
Responsibilities
  • Be clients’ advocate and liaise with internal departments for campaign success
  • Get involved in internal projects and processes for growth
  • Campaign troubleshooting in collaboration with Ad Operations and Support teams
  • Craft insights-driven RFP responses, lead client communication, and show proactiveness in growing client portfolio
  • Assist clients in mobile media strategies, provide insights, analyses, and recommendations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, increase account retention
  • Identify and communicate selling and retention opportunities, analyze client and internal data proactively
  • Participate in workshops, events, and Quarterly Business Reviews with clients
  • Organize and lead post-campaign meetings with agencies and clients
