Internship: Webgl for CAD tools @ AON3D

As part of the R&D team you will play an important role in prototyping tools we internally use for working with 3D geometry. During this internship you will be extending and developing our internal tools used CAD viewing, annotation and data collection, currently built as a web application with WebGL, JS and HTML client side and a python backend.

Qualifications

* Experience working with OpenGL or WebGL

* Web development experience is a plus

* Experience in any of the following languages: Javascript, python, C++

What you’ll be doing

* Developing our internal tool for CAD model viewing and annotation

* Working directly with users to get a first hand understanding of how your work is being used

Practical

* Internship duration is 4 months with flexibility

* Start date: flexible, sooner is preferable

Cycle Capital leads funding round for AON3D to scale AI-driven industrial 3D printing platform

AON3D, a Montreal-based additive manufacturing company, has secured new funding in a round led by Cycle Capital, with participation from Desjardins Capital and existing investors including SineWave Ventures, IronGate Capital Advisors, Starship Ventures and EDC Capital.
