Who you are:

Our team is growing and we’re looking for people who can think outside the box, have a passion for learning new things, want to make an impact, and have a growth mindset. We’re looking for an Engineering Manager who is driven and excited about the positive impact technology can have, and interested in long term growth alongside our business. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will help build out our multi-tenant, highly scalable cloud product.

Lead the Engineering team and drive the delivery of complex technical projects on time
Recruit, challenge, and reward high-performing team members
Provide leadership and influence the development processes as we scale
Be a trusted advisor and partner to senior leadership to drive alignment on company goals
Collaborate with Product team to plan and coordinate feasibility and delivery of future work
Design and develop new cutting edge features in our SaaS platform
Participate in code reviews to push for high quality and coding standards

Our tech stack:

Platform: - Elixir, React, Postgres, Redis, Docker, GraphQL, Terraform, AWS, Prometheus
Data Science / Machine Learning: Python, Numpy, SciPy, Pandas, Numba, PyTorch, Tensorflow

What you’ll bring along:

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or extensive practical experience with software development
2+ years of experience leading teams and projects to successful delivery
5+ years of professional experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment such as a startup or rapidly growing company
Experience building development tools, APIs, and enterprise software
Ability to motivate and galvanize people towards a common goal
Strong communication skills
Strong sense of ownership and accountability

Nice to have:

Experience with Elixir/Phoenix
Experience with React.js
Experience with AWS
Experience with Data Anayltics
