Requirements

Lead the Engineering team and drive the delivery of complex technical projects on time
Recruit, challenge, and reward high-performing team members
Provide leadership and influence the development processes as we scale

Collaborate with Product team to plan and coordinate feasibility and delivery of future work
Design and develop new cutting edge features in our SaaS platform
Participate in code reviews to push for high quality and coding standards
Platform: - Elixir, React, Postgres, Redis, Docker, GraphQL, Terraform, AWS, Prometheus
Data Science / Machine Learning: Python, Numpy, SciPy, Pandas, Numba, PyTorch, Tensorflow
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or extensive practical experience with software development
2+ years of experience leading teams and projects to successful delivery
5+ years of professional experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment such as a startup or rapidly growing company
Experience building development tools, APIs, and enterprise software
Ability to motivate and galvanize people towards a common goal
Strong communication skills
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Nice to have:
Experience with Elixir/Phoenix
Experience with React.js
Experience with AWS
Experience with Data Anayltics

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager who is driven and excited about the positive impact technology can have, and interested in long term growth alongside our business. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will help build out our multi-tenant, highly scalable cloud product.
