Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in a corporate marketing department or marketing agency with a business-to-business focus is required.
- Expertise in search engine optimization and inbound lead generation is required.
- Experience with customer relationship management systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce, including segmentation, automation, and reporting, is required.
- Proficiency with email marketing and social media marketing tools is required.
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console is required.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
- Proficiency with image-editing tools such as Adobe or Canva and website-editing/content management system platforms such as WordPress is required.
- Strong project management skills, including coordinating multiple stakeholders and driving projects to completion, are required.
- A metrics-driven approach, strong analytical skills, and the ability to interpret and present data clearly are required.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok to streamline workflows, enhance content, optimize campaigns, and support data analysis is required.
- The role requires consistently meeting deadlines and producing high-quality work.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve and maintain top-three search results for the company's category.
- Drive inbound growth through targeted marketing campaigns that convert.
- Simplify, optimize, and revamp the website for clarity, speed, and higher conversion rates.
- Lead creation of blogs, videos, case studies, and email campaigns.
- Use AI tools to streamline content production, reporting, and campaign optimization.
- Build and manage integrated email, social media, pay-per-click, and event marketing campaigns with measurable return on investment.
- Monitor, measure, and report on marketing performance, and use insights to guide action.
- Coordinate internal and external participants to meet key performance indicators and deadlines.
