We are made up of high-performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and will work both on-site and remote.
Responsibilities
Designs, develops, modifies, adapts and implements short- and long-term solutions to technology needs through new and existing applications, systems architecture, network systems and applications infrastructure.
Reviews system requirements and business processes; codes, tests, debugs, documents and implements software solutions.
Provides application software development services typically in a defined project.
Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications. E
Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented.
May test new software code and typically works in a highly efficient ("Agile") development environment.
Qualifications
Experience with one or more languages, i.e., Java, Perl, Python, Node.js, Java Script, C
Oracle DB, C and Java applications for data processing, Java client and Java web applications (Linux, JBoss), Sonic message bus.
Hands-on experience with designing APIs using RESTful API Modeling Language (RAML) specifications.
Desired experience in AWS services (e.g. Lambda, Glue, DynamoDB, Aurora, Redshift, SQS, Cognito, CloudFront, Gateway API) and AWS architecture best practices
Experience with DevOps CI/CD pipeline for code deployment by engaging different tools (Git, Jenkins, Code Pipeline) in the process right from developer code check-in to Production deployment.
Dynamic leadership and agent of change capable of influencing the direction of the organization while maintaining a culture where associates are recognized as important assets to the company.
Demonstrate a repertoire of skills such as scheduling, prioritizing, organizing, planning, problem solving, decision-making, financial savvy, attention to detail, and follow through.
Maintain a big picture, strategic outlook with the ability to iterate from company strategy to product development and planning.
Exceptional project management, planning and organizational skills.
Well organized, extraordinary communication and presentation skills- Solid grasp of the Agile software development cycle and development methodology.
Ability and willingness to be hands on in software development and technical issues
Self-motivated, standout colleague, action-and-results oriented
effective communicator/presenter to groups of all sizes and levels of management.
Outstanding leadership capability.
Ability to successfully work under tight project timelines.
Detailed knowledge of the brokerage industry
Financial services experience is preferred.
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $119,000 - $125,000. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate’s final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
