- Create formal report with results, observations, findings and present to cross-functional teams
- Contribute to our global body of knowledge and drive a cycle of continuous improvement at a global scale
- Support Data Center Operations including failure mode and root cause analysis, maintenance / troubleshooting support, and procedure review for both mechanical and electrical issues
- As needed lead team members in scoping effort and project planning
- Hands-on experience in prototype work and functional verification specifically with servers, electronics, electro-mechanical devices and systems.
- Working knowledge three phase power and cooling basics a plus
- Proficient in Excel, Numbers, or other software to organize, analyze, visualize data
- Proven analytical, data analysis and problem-solving abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate results.
- Prior experience with coding/scripting skills, Python or equivalent, with the ability to post process and analyze collected data
- Shown to develop evaluation plans and develop or modify automation software and scripts for measurement data collection and analysis - Setup of environments optimized for test evaluation and measurement.
- Prior experience with Device Reliability and Failure Analysis to component level, HASS, HALT, lifetime calculations and working with suppliers for root cause and corrective action using 8D process
- Self starter, self driven, and can provide multiple options for a given evaluation request
