Ability to work safely with ladders and power tools.
At least 2 years of hands-on cabinet refacing experience.
Residential remodeling experience.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, if applicable.
Responsibilities
Perform kitchen cabinet refacing installations, including doors, drawer fronts, panels, trim, hardware, and related components.
Remove and prepare existing cabinet surfaces for refacing.
Measure, cut, fit, and install materials accurately to ensure proper alignment and finish.
Install hinges, handles, drawer slides, and other hardware according to specifications.
Protect customer property and maintain a clean, safe jobsite.
Review job scope and expectations with the customer before and after installation.
Promptly identify and communicate job issues, material shortages, or scope discrepancies to management.
Take clear jobsite photos and upload them to CompanyCam or a similar platform as required.
Complete installations on schedule while maintaining quality standards.
Load, transport, and unload materials and tools as needed.
Follow company safety policies, procedures, and installation standards.
Represent the company professionally through appearance, communication, and conduct.

Position Overview The Kitchen Refacing Technician plays a critical role in delivering a 5‑Star customer experience by performing high‑quality kitchen cabinet refacing installations in customers’ homes. This position is responsible for executing refacing projects safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards while maintaining professionalism and strong customer communication throughout the installation process.
Essential Job Functions To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
