About the Job

Requirements

Successfully completed commercial vocational training.
Substantial professional experience in accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or a comparable position.
Knowledge of dunning procedures.
A structured, solution-oriented, and reliable working style with a high degree of initiative.
Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel.
Good communication skills in both German and English.

Responsibilities

Perform factual and mathematical reviews of invoices.
Create, review, and post outgoing invoices.
Monitor open items and carry out dunning procedures.
Clarify payment discrepancies in collaboration with customers and internal departments.
Code and post incoming invoices, including archiving.
Post fixed assets.
Handle payment transactions comprehensively.
Reconcile accounts and maintain and administer master data.

Was erwartet Dich?

Sachliche und rechnerische Prüfung von Rechnungen
Erstellung, Prüfung und Buchung von Ausgangsrechnungen
Überwachung offener Posten und Durchführung des Mahnwesens
Klärung von Zahlungsdifferenzen in Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und internen Fachabteilungen
Kontierung und Buchung von Eingangsrechnungen inkl. Archivierung
Buchung von Anlagevermögen
Gesamtheitliche Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs
Kontenabstimmung und Pflege und Verwaltung von Stammdaten

Was wünschen wir uns ?

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen, der Kreditorenbuchhaltung, Debitorenbuchhaltung oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
Kenntnisse im Mahnwesen
Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte sowie zuverlässige Arbeitsweise gepaart mit einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative
Freude daran, über den eigenen Tellerrand zu schauen
Gute PC-Kenntnisse (MS-Office – insbesondere Excel)
Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowohl in Deutsch als auch in Englisch
