Requirements
  • At least 4 years of media planning experience.
  • Broad knowledge of the overall media landscape, consumer behavior, and media consumption, with the ability to pull competitive reporting and target insights using media research and reporting resources.
  • Cross-channel understanding of the media plan ecosystem and lifecycle from strategy through reporting.
  • Critical thinking skills to solve diverse business challenges.
  • Experience working with clients, vendors, or suppliers and developing trusted relationships.
  • Communication and developing presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment, internally and externally.
  • A hands-on, multitasking approach suited to a fast-paced environment.
  • A data-driven approach that leverages insights to develop strategy and define measurement.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Suite with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience using Mediaocean, LumINA, and Prisma.
  • Basic understanding of media activation platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and The Trade Desk.
  • Healthcare and/or regulatory industry experience.
  • Experience managing direct communication with clients and creative agencies, including serving as the primary communicator for the HCP line of business.
  • Ability to work independently, manage workload efficiently, and respond to client needs in a timely manner.
  • A proactive approach to improving clients' businesses from a media standpoint.
Responsibilities
  • Support the development of cross-channel strategy and planning for media accounts, both externally and internally.
  • Develop an understanding of clients' business goals, marketing objectives, and competitive constraints to create agency media planning outputs.
  • Participate in writing client briefs and translating them into insights-led media strategy.
  • Collaborate with data science and channel leads to drive campaign performance goals through scientific methods and technology.
  • Remain embedded in the campaign lifecycle, from planning through campaign execution and measurement.
  • Create media landscape updates and develop media consumption insights that inform media plan implications.
  • Support assigned aspects of client relationships.
  • Foster collaboration between teams and work with partner agencies, where applicable, to integrate messaging and creative campaigns into overall media campaigns.
  • Support cross-channel budget management with client and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing and managing timelines so deliverables are executed on time.
  • Steward planning budgets and media activity across multiple campaigns.
  • Coordinate with buyer scientists and channel teams to map strategy to activation.
  • Track the measurement plan.
