MobSquad addresses the technology talent shortage in the US by allowing companies to establish a virtual subsidiary in Canada. This enables technology professionals facing US work visa issues to continue working for their current employer while relocating to Canada. MobSquad partners with the Canadian Government to expedite work visas for tech talent and their families, typically within four to six weeks, and offers a pathway to Canadian permanent residency in six to eight months. The company has access to a wide pool of global talent, which it relocates to Canada and matches with clients for long-term collaboration. Additionally, MobSquad handles all administrative tasks related to employing talent in Canada, including immigration support, payroll, legal matters, and human resources. The goal of MobSquad is to help US-based tech firms retain and expand their workforce by providing a seamless solution for managing international talent.
