Requirements
  • Core Java and Java Platform, Enterprise Edition knowledge, including Enterprise JavaBeans, Servlets, JavaServer Pages, Java Message Service, Struts, Hibernate, Spring, Asynchronous JavaScript and XML, and tag libraries.
  • Proficiency with JavaScript, SOAP and REST web services, SQL Server, Subversion, Maven, and Eclipse.
  • Experience designing content models, custom object types, aspects, class structures, and reusable rulesets in Alfresco.
  • Hands-on experience with Alfresco APIs, including Foundation Services, Java Content Repository, and web services.
  • Proficiency with Alfresco Share, Crafter Studio, Alfresco Enterprise Content Management, and Alfresco CMS implementations.
  • Hands-on integration experience with single sign-on, Active Directory, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol, and Liferay CMS.
  • Hands-on Alfresco migration and upgrade experience.
  • Extensive end-to-end Alfresco CMS implementation experience as an architect.
  • Experience reviewing detailed designs and conducting systems requirement analysis.
  • Hands-on experience deploying and configuring production servers in clustered and high-availability environments.
  • Knowledge of current telephony services and technologies, Avaya or Cisco platforms, call-center features and operations, and complex network environments.
  • Ability to resolve technical telecommunications problems using multiple vendors or contractors.
  • Knowledge of Automatic Call Distributions, call vectors, vector directory numbers, and call flows.
  • Ability to work with WAN, WLAN, security, voice, and video network platforms.
  • Ability to work independently with department staff and state, local, and federal agencies while meeting extensive deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to function under pressure and resolve service-related issues.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain Alfresco sites by adding, editing, and deleting content in response to service requests.
  • Package and deploy Alfresco extensions and modules.
  • Develop extensions for the Alfresco Explorer web client.
  • Develop applications and services using Alfresco APIs.
  • Integrate Alfresco with Liferay CMS systems and solutions.
  • Design reusable assets and solutions.
  • Participate in business-value assessment and business-requirements elaboration phases.
  • Advise customers on implementation strategy, performance, tools, operations, releases, and deployment.
  • Handle pre-sales pursuits, demonstrations, and proofs of concept for potential clients.
  • Develop work and call flows.
  • Disseminate information effectively to teams and customers.

  • Knowledge of Kofax Imaging with Alfresco.
  • Alfresco certification.
