Requirements
  • 1-3 years’ experience in specific field/position/industry (Recent college graduates welcome - will provide training)
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field preferred.
  • Working knowledge of basic business processes, Microsoft Office Tools, and an understanding and comfort with new technology tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word not negotiable
  • Reports to the Firm executive team; will interact with Firm clients, business partners, and external contacts; does not have any direct reports.
  • The right attitude, willingness to learn, interest in management consulting and comfort in dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment.
Responsibilities
  • Researching and documenting possible business opportunities
  • Modifying and managing proposal development process
  • Communicating the status of these activities with appropriate stakeholders
  • Identify solutions to client challenges/opportunities
  • Support the production of results for engagement team deliverables and internal firm initiatives
  • Drive change and impact client outcomes
  • Participate in all phases of the business development and management process
  • Work with engagement team members (new employees, fellows, contractors, and collaborating partners) to develop or support business opportunities
  • Support and Manage our sales process
  • Manage criteria for selecting and pursuing potential opportunities
  • Collect proposal information from stakeholders and assimilate the data into an established process for managing, executing and fulfilling proposal requests
  • Continually evaluate and improve the system for managing leads and proposals; assure all proposal components are assembled and disseminated to stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment
  • Manage company marketing activities under direction of Managing Principal and Practice Leadership Team, including website, branding, and promotional materials
  • Maintain an organized work flow and track each stage of assigned projects through to completion
  • Interact with clients to assure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure and enhance ProSidian Consulting policies and procedures
  • Support research and participate in building internal/external relationships with current and future clients and targets through exceptional problem solving, ownership and follow-through
  • Support efforts and participate in the creation of Thought Leadership for firm initiatives and key go to market topics
  • Special Projects as assigned
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management tools is a plus
  • CRM Tools knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to present self professionally and intelligently to prospects/members
  • Willingness to learn and take on challenges
  • Full Suite of MS Office expertise
  • Leadership and teamwork related qualities (from We Seek to Build/Develop the following skills)
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience with marketing or business development activities is preferred
