Who are we looking for?
We’re seeking an experienced Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager – APAC to play a pivotal role in shaping the financial performance and strategy of GHD across the region.
This role reports to the Enterprise Head of Planning & Analysis and partners closely with the APAC CFO. It is a senior individual contributor role (no direct reports), ideal for someone who thrives on influence, stakeholder management, and delivering insights that shape executive decision-making.
What you’ll do:
- Lead APAC budgeting and forecasting, embedding automation, best practice, and robust scenario planning.
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual management insights and presentations for the APAC Leadership Team.
- Translate complex financial and commercial data into clear, actionable insights that guide executive decisions.
- Analyse industry, economic, financial and market trends, delivering quarterly macroeconomic overviews and recommendations for APAC strategy.
- Champion finance transformation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and value delivery.
- Partner with senior executives across the region to align financial plans with business strategy.
What you’ll bring:
- 10+ years’ overall Finance experience, including significant expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis within a large, complex, or multinational organisation.
- Proven ability to lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting at regional or business unit level.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience linking financial outcomes to business drivers.
- Advanced skills in financial modelling, scenario analysis, and storytelling with data.
- Exceptional communication skills – able to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complex financial concepts.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems; exposure to ERP and BI tools (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Power BI) is highly regarded.
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA or CA).
