Responsibilities
  • Follow up on Marketing Qualified Leads within expected SLA
  • Convert MQL's into Sales Qualified Opportunities through various channels of communication, including: phone, email, LinkedIn, chat and other
  • Maintain active and strategic engagement with leads that have indicated an interest in Vercel through informed, creative follow-ups
  • Educate prospective buyers on the value of Vercel's Enterprise product
  • Collaborate as a team and participate in huddles to celebrate wins, share best practices and brainstorm solutions to challenges
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing & Demand Generation and provide clear and actionable feedback based on your front line experience
