Responsibilities
  • Manage and support a variety of Talent Acquisition technology products and processes, including implementations, projects, daily operations, and enhancements or upgrades.
  • Partner with senior Human Resources leaders to examine internal technology agreements and support transitions to new technologies.
  • Support global contingent labor programs and ensure smooth processing of transitions in Workday.
  • Align staffing agencies and suppliers between Workday and global recruiters.
  • Partner with Procurement to maintain current agency contracts.
  • Support the Workday Human Capital Management platform for global users.
  • Manage third-party vendor products, system integrations, and relationships, including LinkedIn, Phenom Customer Relationship Management, and Indeed.
  • Design and deliver recruitment technology and process product training to new and existing users.
  • Partner with internal customers to understand business objectives and their key drivers.
  • Work with cross-functional Human Resources, Information Technology, and Finance teams to ensure seamless product performance across the organization.
