Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share across designated retail channels.
  • Grow and maximize existing accounts, as well as, prioritize and win new accounts.
  • Ability to operate in an exciting, fast paced entrepreneurial environment and comfortable leading through ambiguity.
  • Lead the sales team in identifying opportunities, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring accountability for results.
  • Manage channel strategy and brand presentation. Working with Category Management to determine assortment and product life cycles.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to make informed decisions that optimize our sales strategy and resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment on goals.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure shipments get out on time and in full.
  • Establish a reputation for integrity and reliability with both internal teams and external partners, fostering a culture of transparency and trust.
  • Prioritize customer needs and feedback to refine our offerings and improve the overall partner experience.
