- Student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science
- Student must be in good academic standing at their university, with a GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale
- Interest in AI applications in semiconductor process equipment and data analysis
- Able to collaborate with a cross-functional multi-disciplined development team.
- Develop a Recipe Generator for the Sculpta Product to support the process development.
- Develop a database that leverages existing recipes.
- Generator will accept process input parameters and will utilize ML, AppliedX or other Applications to generate a recommended recipe or DOE Mid-point with recommended parameter variations.
- Development of a GUI that process engineers can interface with Recipe Generator application.
- Application output to interface directly with Jump for Design-of-Experiments (DOE) – future capability.
- Intern must collaborate and work effectively with process and software engineers.
