Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in lifecycle marketing, executing campaigns across multi-channel surfaces
  • Experience with cross-channel marketing automation platforms (Iterable or equivalent), collaboration/project management tools (e.g., Jira), and analytics platforms (e.g., Looker, Amplitude)
  • Ability to interpret data, design structured experiments, and clearly communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas and adapt messaging for different audiences
  • Ability to collaborate in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Responsibilities
  • Build and launch lifecycle campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app messages
  • Develop segmentation and personalization strategies rooted in customer journey mapping and intentional design of customer experiences
  • Run always-on growth experiments to drive activation, conversion, and lifetime customer value
  • Track performance against KPIs, extract insights, and share learnings broadly
  • Document processes, streamline workflows, and enable cross-team alignment
  • Contribute lifecycle insights in cross-team discussions and help shape how Homebase engages its customers
  • Use emerging tools to accelerate workflows and personalize at scale

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), email service providers (e.g., SendGrid), in-app messaging tools (e.g., CommandAI), and AI-powered productivity/personalization tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude)

Time tracking turns any device into a time clock to record hours, breaks, and overtime, reducing paperwork.
