About the job
- A completed degree in a quantitative field, such as Business Informatics, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, or Business Administration with a quantitative focus, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least one year of professional experience in Business Intelligence or data analysis, including data modeling, reporting, or dashboard development using Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
- Didactic experience conveying technical or subject-matter content to non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of didactic concepts for adult education and online learning.
- High customer and service orientation, empathy, clear communication, and a constructive feedback culture.
- Hands-on mindset, teamwork, resilience, and flexibility.
- Very good German and English skills at least at C1 level.
- Answer learners’ questions in writing and orally.
- Teach and deepen training content in live sessions, webinars, classrooms, and individual learning support.
- Support learners through uncertainties in the learning process and through exercises and projects.
- Conduct and evaluate final examinations and decide whether learners have successfully completed the training.
- Create, prepare, and further develop learning materials covering Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
- Perform quality assurance for existing training and provide feedback to the Learning Team.
- Conduct individual coaching sessions and support new team members.
- Contribute to the further development of training programs in close collaboration with the Coaching Team Lead, Learning Team, and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Experience using artificial intelligence tools.
