- Have clear written and verbal communication skills in English and work collaboratively.
- Previous professional experience is not required; relevant coursework, personal projects, and willingness to learn are welcome.
- Support the daily operations of a cloud-based integration platform used for developing and updating vehicle software and services.
- Assist with incidents and service requests in the ticketing system by collecting relevant information, updating tickets, and escalating issues to the appropriate teams under guidance.
- Learn to monitor cloud-based applications and connected devices, review alerts, and support initial troubleshooting using dashboards, logs, and documented procedures.
- Assist with application, device, and customer service administration while following established processes and access permissions.
- Help maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles, and step-by-step support instructions.
- Work as part of an international team across Serbia and Germany, collaborating with support specialists, development teams, system architects, product owners, and service managers.
- Develop practical skills in cloud operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and IT service management with support and guidance from experienced colleagues.
- Preferably study information technology, computer science, communication technologies, or a related field.
- Have a basic understanding of cloud concepts or exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure through coursework, personal projects, or previous experience.
- Have basic scripting knowledge, for example in Python, Bash, or PowerShell, or an interest in automating repetitive tasks.
