Business Analyst
About the job
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
- Ability to create workflow diagrams using tools such as Visio, Draw.io, Lucidchart, or Miro.
- Ability to organize analysis documents in Confluence and Drive.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Trello and with Agile processes.
- Ability to independently take initiative and manage project planning end to end.
- Analyze business requirements and design end-to-end processes for Intelligent Transportation Systems projects.
- Manage communication as a bridge between business units and the software team, including frontend, backend, and DevOps.
- Simplify complex processes, prepare user stories and detailed analysis documents, and guide the technical team.
- Create test scenarios to verify developed features and conduct User Acceptance Testing processes.
- Contribute ideas to projects using transportation technology expertise and support continuous product improvement.
- Experience with data analysis, SQL query optimization, and data modeling.
- Experience conducting detailed process analysis and design in Business Process Management.
- Previous involvement in Intelligent Transportation Systems or traffic technology projects.
- Active use of at least one design tool such as Figma, Sketch, or Zeplin.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and a user-centered approach.
