  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve the organization's growth and revenue targets.
  • Identifying target markets and industries, developing a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives and target markets.
  • Drive execution through ideation through to close.
  • Support sales leadership on complex, non-standard, or multi-party enterprise deals.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and product teams to structure and negotiate custom deals.
  • Represent the company in senior-level external discussions with prospects and partners.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, finance, and legal to launch new initiatives or offerings.
  • Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business deals.
  • Provide market feedback to product and GTM teams to inform roadmap and messaging.
  • Lead internal working groups or task forces when new initiatives require alignment across teams.
  • Continuously research market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor strategies.
  • Prepare actionable insights and recommendations for the leadership team.
  • Support executive decision-making with high-quality analysis and partner reports.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the Signage, Shop fitting or Construction industries is desirable.
  • Proven experience in Estimating is a nice-to-have.

Coates Group provides digital signage and customer experience solutions for Quick Service Restaurants. It offers digital menu boards, self-service kiosks, and content management systems, along with hardware, software, installation, and ongoing support. The system combines displays and interactive kiosks with a central content platform to create, schedule, and push menus and messages across multiple locations, while technicians install and maintain the setup. Its goal is to help QSR brands improve the customer experience and drive sales by offering end-to-end, location-wide digital signage management for large chains and independents.
