Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of the customer experience and lead conversion across HomeLight’s website.
  • Lead initiatives that significantly enhance client and agent experiences through the application of AI.
  • Ship new features and frequently run experiments across the full client-agent referral funnel.
  • Partner with Growth and Sales teams to create seamless end-to-end referral processes.
  • Own and report on strategic KPIs to senior leadership, focusing on metrics such as traffic, activations, conversion rates, revenue, and overall funnel performance.
  • Drive the growth of existing consumer products (Agent Matching Referrals, Simple Sale) and explore new revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Use user research, performance trends, and market insights to identify growth opportunities.

  • Experience in consumer growth or core product roles is highly preferred.
