ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for inside and outside sales of apparel and promotional items.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Lead generation, follow up and closing new business.
• Process leads and sales through the sales process by utilizing the CRM database.
• Work closely with the design and production team to develop solutions for customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Other duties assigned by the manager.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:

• Sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Climbing in and out of vehicles.
• Occasional stooping and bending.
• Ability to push/lift/pull up to 45lbs
• Normal range of hearing and vision

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License with good standing MVR
• Experience selling apparel and promotional items is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with focus on customer service
• Experience using a CRM database
• Ability to successfully pass a General Abilities Assessment and post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.
