  • A Bachelor's Degree.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • A valid driver's license is required, along with successful completion of a motor vehicle records check and standard background checks.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement alumni engagement programs, volunteer initiatives, and recognition opportunities.
  • Provide leadership for campus stewardship and endowment strategies and activities, including donor reporting, scholarship fund monitoring, and impact communications that strengthen donor engagement, foster relationships, and demonstrate philanthropic impact.
  • Articulate Penn State’s needs, ambitions, and values through informal and formal communications.
  • Build relationships with alumni through events, mentorship, advocacy, philanthropy, and volunteer service.
  • Create and execute donor, alumni, student, and community events, including networking, recognition, and fundraising programs.
  • Manage alumni awards programs and serve as liaison to local Penn State Alumni Association chapters.
  • Partner with campus leadership and University stakeholders to develop engagement strategies and innovative programming.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Communications to create content for newsletters, social media, websites, stewardship reports, and donor communications.
  • Identify and recruit alumni for participation in programs, events, the Penn State Great Valley Alumni Society, and other student and alumni engagement opportunities.
  • Provide leadership and support to volunteers, student workers, and campus partners to promote a culture of engagement, philanthropy, and service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
