About the Job

Requirements

  • A college degree or above in any discipline is required.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and CET 4 or above is required.
  • Good communication skills and language competence are required.
  • Self-initiative and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consultation services by phone and email.
  • Provide price quotations, register sample information based on the information received, and answer client queries.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure orders are completed on time and keep clients updated on order status.
  • Handle ad hoc assignments and complete other tasks assigned by a manager or leader on time and to requirements.

Desired Qualifications

  • A background in Science, Engineering, or another technical discipline is a plus.
