Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in leading projects with proven impact
  • B2B Marketing experience preferred
  • Experience using Salesforce, Marketo, or other Marketing tech platforms is a plus
  • Looker/Tableau (data visualization) experience required
  • Attribution Modeling experience required
  • Able to write / develop SQL within data warehouse
  • Proficient building working models based on complex data sets
  • Track record of using data to transform business processes
  • Excellent intrapersonal skills; ability to work well with and communicate with senior leaders
  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects impacting go-to-market teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be a self-starter, creative, high energy, and comfortable running an initiative in a fast-paced software company
Responsibilities
  • Work hand-in-hand with Marketing leadership to understand customers and their digital journey
  • Create tools, frameworks, and deep insights to inform marketing strategies
  • Measure marketing channel performance, customer journey mapping, attribution, and overall marketing impact
  • Work with cross-functional teams to inform campaign targets, evaluate investment efficiency, and drive improvements in analytics tools
  • Develop and manage pipeline models and reporting, support go-to-market leadership pipeline calls
  • Create monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting in visualization tools
  • Present recommendations and insights to Go-To-Market leadership for strategic decision making
  • Establish strong working relationships with peers in other revenue operations teams and cross-functional partners
  • Operate in a proactive and flexible manner, lead multiple projects, and stay attuned to marketing organization priorities
