Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical field.
  • At least 4 years of experience with financial modeling, Excel or Google Sheets, and SQL.
  • Ability to operate independently while clearly communicating priorities and initiatives to the team.
  • Professional fluency in English, including excellent written, reading, and speaking skills.
  • Access to a laptop or desktop computer with a reliable, fast Internet connection.
  • Ability to work in a U.S. time zone, Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day.
Responsibilities
  • Build dynamic financial models connecting revenue drivers, margin levers, and cash flow needs across all channels.
  • Update weekly and monthly reporting on sales, margin, and cash flow performance.
  • Track and summarize key performance indicators measuring scaling efficiency.
  • Help maintain a rolling 13-week cash flow forecast with visibility into inflows and outflows.
  • Assist in monitoring inventory, payables, and receivables to improve cash flow.
  • Support cost optimization, pricing strategy, and capital allocation initiatives as the business scales.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to develop financial models for new product launches, pricing, and promotions.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience working with e-commerce sales platforms such as Shopify and Amazon.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar.
  • Previous experience working the overnight shift.
