  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in a sales, sponsorship or brand partnerships role
  • A natural ability to build and nurture client relationships
  • A black book of contacts, both direct and agency
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • An entrepreneurial can-do attitude
  • A self-starter and comfortable in ambiguity
  • Ability to think creatively and make data-driven decisions
  • Skilled in crafting slide decks and written pitch materials
  • Experience in event sponsorship (desirable, not essential)
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic outreach initiatives to identify and secure sponsors for key Fever Original experiences
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships
  • Lead the creation of customised sponsorship proposals
  • Attend client meetings and pitches
  • Maintain a proactive pipeline of sponsorship opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments
  • Ensure successful delivery of sponsorship agreements
  • Monitor sponsor satisfaction
