  • Currently pursuing a Bachelors or higher with the expectation that degree will be obtained between December 2025 and Summer 2026 with a 3.0 GPA minimum
  • Must be returning to the course of study following completion of the internship
  • Ability to commit to working 40 hours/week (9am-5pm, Monday-Friday) from June 2 - August 8, 2025 in our Boston office
  • You must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by Wayfair now or in the future
Responsibilities
  • Leverage data to analyze the Operations organization and develop business cases for strategic initiatives that drive speed, reliability, and cost reduction throughout our supply chain
  • Create cross-functional partnerships throughout Operations and other areas of the business to solve problems and innovate tools and processes
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and field teams to improve operational performance that can scale with Wayfair’s continued growth
  • Work effectively with peers and managers by demonstrating high quality communication and teamwork
