- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of quality and internal auditing experience is required.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, IPC-610, IPC-620, and J-STD-001 is required.
- Advanced Microsoft Office experience is required.

- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System.
- Lead the company's efforts in ongoing ISO 9001, FM, and UL certification and compliance.
- Establish and execute the internal and supplier quality audit plan.
- Prepare the organization for third-party audits and maintain inspection reports and records.
- Conduct weekly and monthly reporting against organizational key performance indicators.
- Conduct an annual review of company performance against established metrics.
- Collaborate with Engineering to ensure process controls are robust and error-proof processes.
- Formulate and maintain quality control objectives and coordinate them with production procedures in cooperation with Operations to maximize product reliability.
- Lead root-cause identification and the correction process.
- Manage PPAP submittal activity and interface with customers with a focus on PPAP review.
- Follow HAVS Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedural requirements.
- Develop and revise PFMEA and process control plans.
- Assist with corrective-action follow-up and closure, including 8D, 5 Whys, and CAR activities.
- Travel to various business locations to understand the company's products, processes, and facilities.
- Electrical or electronics manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
- Leadership experience is preferred.
