- At least 7 years of experience building production software across front-end and back-end systems, with a history of shipping complex systems.

- Expertise with TypeScript and JavaScript and modern stacks such as Next.js, React, Node, Nest, and Express.
- Experience across data layers including Postgres, SQL, caches, and vector stores.
- Expertise in LLM-assisted development using tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, or Copilot, including prompt design, problem decomposition, test enforcement, and safe review of AI output.

- Familiarity with cloud and DevOps platforms and practices, including Vercel, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, continuous integration and continuous delivery, infrastructure as code with Terraform or Pulumi, and monitoring and observability.
- Strong client-facing communication and leadership skills.

- Design and build the core architecture for an enterprise workflow automation platform.
- Make critical technical decisions about the technology stack, architecture patterns, and implementation independently.
- Create robust application programming interfaces, integrations, and workflow engines adaptable to diverse enterprise needs.
- Deploy virtually or on-site into customer organizations across the United States.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer workflows and requirements.
- Rapidly prototype and build custom solutions tailored to each enterprise.
