Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience working with seniors.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
  • Availability for a flexible schedule, including on-call rotation, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and in-home support to clients.
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship.
  • Support clients in maintaining independence, dignity, and quality of life in their own homes.
  • Mentor, train, and support caregivers, including new staff onboarding and ongoing training.
  • Coordinate and assist with caregiver scheduling alongside the office team.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation with another Lead Caregiver to support client needs and caregiver training.
  • Attend in-office meetings one day per week to support scheduling and operational alignment.
  • Travel to serve clients within Waukesha and Milwaukee counties, including the Lake Country and Eagle/Mukwonago areas.
