Project Leader - Oil & Gas

We bring together technologies and industries, alongside the contributions of diverse individuals who are empowered by an intentional workplace culture, to solve problems better and faster.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><span style="color: black;">·       Lead end to end delivery of assigned engagements within defined scope, timeline, cost, and quality standards</span></p><p><span style="color: black;">·       Own day-to-day delivery, including task planning, monitoring, and issue resolution.</span></p><p><span style="color: black;">·       Ensure On Time Delivery (OTD) and First Pass Yield (FPY) targets.</span></p><p><span style="color: black;">·       Track delivery performance and proactively identify and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies.</span></p><p><span style="color: black;">·       Ensure compliance with Project Management System and internal governance processes.</span></p><p><span style="color: black;">·       Drive delivery excellence and continual improvement initiatives</span></p><p><span style="color: black;">·       Hire and develop high performing technical talent with a particular focus on delivering values.</span></p><p><span style="color: black;">·       Organize cross-functional activities, Manage customer, Onsite resources, fulfilment of requirement.</span></p><p><span style="color: black;">·       Provide management oversight to several activities running in parallel, address issues/concerns with speed, and enable coarse corrective actions.</span></p><p><span style="color: black;">·       Customer interaction, project reporting</span></p><p><span style="color: black;">·       Team handling onsite and offshore teams. Resource management, progression planning and development.</span></p><p><span style="color: black;">·       Maintains operational metrics and measures. We shine the brightest when we tap into the many dimensions that thrive across over 21,000 difference-makers in our workplace.</p><br><br><strong>Work Experience </strong><br><p><strong style="color: rgb(36, 36, 36);"><u>Required Skills :</u></strong></p><p><span style="color: black;">·       Experience in Oil & Gas Domain or upstream oil drilling industry (Wireline, Drilling, Production Enhancement/Solutions, Testing & Subsea, MWD, LWD) is desired.</span></p><p><span style="color: black;">·       Act as the primary interface with Customers, Technical Leaders, and Leadership.</span></p><p><span style="color: black;">·       Build and maintain strong Customer Technical Lead relationships.</span></p><p><span style="color: black;">·       Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly customer connects/reviews.</span></p><p><span style="color: black;">·       Manage and align expectations across business and technical stakeholders</span></p><p><span style="color: black;">·       Should have at least 2 - 3 years of prior experience as Project Leader</span></p><p><span style="color: black;">·       Experience in design/ development/ sustenance/ engineering/ documentation support</span></p><p><span style="color: black;">·       Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills are a must. Should have track record of customer interaction, identify business opportunities.</span></p><p><span style="color: black;">·       Should have demonstrated consistent business growth/head count addition over the last years.</span></p><p><span style="color: black;">·       Should have demonstrated strong hold on technology development / Continuous improvement and productivity improvement leading to higher contribution margin and new business initiation</span></p><p><span style="color: black;">·       Experience in Oil & Gas Domain or upstream oil drilling industry is desired.</span></p><p><span style="color: black;">·       Strong process management, project management, stakeholder management, requirement management and team handling skills</span></p><p><span style="color: black;">·       Hands-on experience in Project Management Tools (Scheduling, Tracking, Employee engagement, Metrics)</span></p><p><span style="color: black;">·       Ability to understand and take decisions on technical proposals.</span></p><p><span style="color: black;">·       Ability to quickly ramp up new technologies.</span></p><p><span style="color: black;">·       Excellent analytical, problem solving, debugging skills interpretation skills.</span></p><p><span style="color: black;">·       Self-motivated, good verbal and written communication.</span></p><p><span style="color: black;">·       Self-driven and proactive</span></p><p><span style="color: black;"> </span></p><p><strong>Standards & Process Improvement</strong></p><p><span style="color: black;">·       Develop, update, and enhance engineering standards, procedures, and checklists based on customer and project needs.</span></p><p><span style="color: black;">·       Drive continuous improvement in quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.</span></p><p><span style="color: black;"> </span></p><p><strong>Leadership & Behavioral Skills</strong></p><p><span style="color: black;">·       Proven experience leading engineering teams of 10–20 resources.</span></p><p><span style="color: black;">·       Strong ownership mindset with ability to manage multiple engagements independently.</span></p><p><span style="color: black;">·       Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.</span></p><p><span style="color: black;">·       Customer‑centric approach with high accountability and execution focus.</span></p><br><br>
