Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in a fast-paced, KPI-driven customer service or operations environment.
  • The ability to independently resolve customer issues while collaborating closely with the team.
  • An interest in artificial intelligence and new technologies and how they can improve processes and customer experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures, checklists, and regulated processes accurately.
  • Confidence using multiple online systems, including customer relationship management, ticketing, or order-management platforms.
  • The ability to prioritize competing tasks under pressure.
  • A willingness to move between customer support and hands-on pharmacy operations.
  • An interest in pets, pet health, and supporting pet parents.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver customer service in a high-volume environment through email, live chat, and some outbound calls.
  • Own customer enquiries relating to orders, deliveries, prescription requirements, and the pharmacy ordering process while meeting individual and team key performance indicators and service-level agreements.
  • Manage prescription-related administration and correspondence for customers and veterinary clinics throughout the prescription process.
  • Complete administrative checks of prescription and order information according to pharmacy standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements, escalating discrepancies or matters requiring pharmacist review.
  • Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
  • Identify and resolve issues that may delay prescription processing, order fulfillment, or delivery, liaising with customers, veterinary clinics, pharmacists, and delivery partners.
  • Support stock receipt, inventory management, order fulfillment, and general pharmacy operations.
  • Maintain accurate customer, prescription, and order records across customer service, order management, and pharmacy systems.
  • Identify recurring issues, share customer insights, and contribute ideas to improve processes and customer experience.
  • Move between customer experience and hands-on pharmacy operations according to daily volumes and priorities, with the opportunity to support additional dispensary activities following appropriate training.
Desired Qualifications
  • Pharmacy or dispensary experience is highly regarded but not essential.
