Requirements
  • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields
  • 2-3 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or Accounting at a fast-paced company
  • Expert knowledge of financial statement analysis and corporate finance concepts
  • Strong familiarity with Accounting principles
  • Familiarity with ERP Systems (GL + Planning), familiarity with Netsuite and Pigment a plus
  • Self-starter, high attention to detail, and very organized
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally, influence, and connect with all business partners
  • Proven history of diving into numbers and extracting insight to improve processes or business decision-making
Responsibilities
  • Own all facets of OPEX spend for Organizations across the business
  • Partner with Org leads, People Business Partners, and talent to understand end-to-end organizational needs
  • Participate in the annual planning process
  • Support the month-end close process by completing budget vs. actual analysis
  • Familiarize with business operating metrics to drive business insight and operational improvements
  • Create vendor-level forecasts for spend
  • Assist in the creation of internal and external monthly reporting packages
  • Assist in forward-looking modeling efforts to understand impact of spend on revenue
  • Partner with cross-functional teams for key quarterly reporting deliverables
  • Partner with Accounting on policies that impact corporate spend
