  • A graduate, preferably a law graduate with strong academic results, although equivalent experience will be considered
  • Good legal knowledge of contractual law and dispute resolution practices (under the laws of England & Wales or of a US state like California or New York)

Responsibilities
  • you will provide overall support to the legal counsels in the UK and US (and you will be supported by them for your own work and learnings)
  • you will draft and review commercial contracts, marketing and social media contracts, consulting agreements and NDAs, as well as other various commercial agreements
  • you will assist with licensing agreements and IP clauses in agreements
  • you will support the management and administration of contracts, including for electronic signature
  • you will manage and seamlessly adjust your workload based on current demands and priorities
