EBG operates a network of e-commerce marketplaces that provide exclusive discounts on travel, entertainment, and retail products to over 100 million users. These platforms, such as TicketsatWork and Plum Benefits, work by allowing corporate clients to offer a private portal where employees can browse and purchase special deals directly. Unlike competitors that focus on public discounts, EBG manages a closed B2B2C ecosystem serving 40,000 organizations, integrating its own loyalty program and travel sites to provide a more comprehensive savings package. The company's goal is to use its massive scale and proprietary technology to connect people with high-quality experiences at lower prices.
